Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society Student Sponsorship Check-Ins
The check-in process is designed to help you succeed and to make your journey from student to employees as seamless as possible. It is our expectation that you will complete a check-in survey each semester while you are attending school. These surveys will be directed to our Certified Aspire Career Coaches who will then contact you to go over your feedback and to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. It is also a great vehicle to keep us up-to-date on your progress, so we are able to determine any obstacles or circumstances that might be hindering your success. The check-in process will also help you as you define your career goals and determine your plan for future employment with Sanford and Good Samaritan Society.
Check-in questions will focus on how school is going for you as we visit about your transition to the student role, work-life balance, and emerging clinical interests. The process will allow us to know early on if you are experiencing any difficulties with the academic program and will allow us the opportunity to celebrate your successes along the way. Ultimately, these check-ins will help as you plan for your future career and will guide you through the employee application process.
